Real Dress Theory Bride Jackie in Claire Pettibone Willow

Photos by Maddie Eisenhart of Eyes and Hart Photography and A Practical Wedding

Last November our beautiful Seattle bride Jackie came shopping with us to find her dress and was such a joy to work with! One of our favorite things to hear in appointments is that it's not only the bride's first appointment, but her only appointment! As she just knows The Dress Theory is the place for her! Not only did Jackie look beautiful in everything she tried on that day, but fell in love with one in particular before the end of her appointment. The always beautiful Willow by Claire Pettibone paired with the light. We love the unique details, exquisite fabrics, and the very sexy feminine draping of the tulle and silk. The airy Lauren veil by Sara Gabriel was the perfect finishing touch to her gown with all it's details and designs. The Lauren is our FAVORITE veil! So simple and light, but so beautiful! It's perfect with gowns that are beaded, embroidereid, lace, or full of details like Jackie's as it is so simple that it does not detract from the bride and her dress. But instead adds the perfect touch of bridal magic. Jackie was beyond a pleasure to work with( she even brought us a bottle of wine to her pick up appointment)! How did we get so lucky with our brides like Jackie?! Jackie and her beau tied the knot at a Northern California farm earlier this summer, and we completely flipped out when we saw her email with her wedding photos. The dress, the veil, the cows, the happiness and love... We love it all!

Congrats newlyweds, you look truly beautiful and happy together! And Jackie, thank you so much for shopping with us.

PS Fun little fact, Jackie's whole look with us (dress + veil) were both made in the USA. We are so in love with our American made pretties, those things aren't easy to find in the bridal fashion industry! We feel so lucky to have brides' who appreciate that as much as we do <3

xoxo,
The Dress Theory
